Apply liner by staying close to your lash line. I love to apply a layer of mascara first and allow to dry, Then use your lashes as a guideline, apply a thin line first allow to dry and then go back to achieve the second coat and the thickness of your line that you desire! This gives you more control.. to layer it and build! Ohhhhhhhhhh so pretty!
